Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account and study, practise and build software on Nexi. Nexi is operated by Nexlora Ltd ("we", "us"), registered at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account is for one student. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. You must not share your account with others or use it on their behalf.

The service

Nexi provides structured lessons, interactive exercises, assessments, an AI tutor and project tools. We continuously improve the platform and may change, add or remove features. Where a feature materially changes in a way that affects you, we will try to tell you in advance.

Acceptable use

Use the platform to learn and build. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access to other students' data, scrape course material, resell access, or submit work that is not yours as your own. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your work

You keep ownership of the code, notes and projects you create. You grant us permission to store and process them so the platform and Nexi, our AI tutor, can support your learning and so your progress, versions and submissions work correctly.

AI tutor

Nexi, our AI tutor, generates explanations, hints and feedback using your learning context. AI responses can be imperfect and should be used as guidance, not as the sole source of truth. Assessment grading that affects your certification is always verified against the platform's own records.

Assessments and certificates

Certificates confirm demonstrated completion of assessed work. They are not a guarantee of employment. You agree not to misrepresent certificates or your results to third parties.

Intellectual property

The curriculum, lesson material, simulators and the platform itself belong to Nexlora Ltd and may not be copied, redistributed or used to run a competing service. You may take notes and use what you learn freely — the restriction is on redistributing our material.

Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.

Ending your account

You can stop using the platform and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
